- Travel fee dependent upon distance and time needed to travel to location, cities require higher travel fee rates.

- Travel fee does not include parking, tolls, or other charges associated with our travel to your event, these are client responsibility. Fee is based on the shortest MapQuest route time-wise. Other charges may apply when the time required to travel is increased by traffic congestion, such as with travel near cities, or alternate roads from the Turnpike and Interstate highways.
- Social media uploading option only where internet is available and client/facility must provide internet access and password.
- Bring your own memory book, supplies, and table, set it up for your guests to insert a picture and write in well wishes is free, however, operator(s) are not responsible for prints/supplies/book location/table/memory book assembly/when client elects to bring their own.
